Housing Diversity Study

Over the past few years the City has undertaken a Housing Diversity Study to look at the Community’s current and future housing needs. As a result of this survey process, Council established 11 redevelopment areas, Stirling Highway collectively making up 3 of the redevelopment areas. Once the results from the 2008 Stirling Highway Redevelopment Community consultation is received, the Housing Diversity Study will be used as a comparative tool to determine any change in the Community's values.
