What about properties outside the proposed boundary?
At this stage, no boundary for the Stirling Highway Redevelopment has been set. Council, in November 2006, established a boundary for the means for a consultant (HASSELL) to conduct an Urban Design Study and Built Form Design Guidelines for information only.
Once the Community consultation process is concluded, a draft boundary will be set.
It is anticipated that a transitional area will be placed from properties situated on Stirling Highway, back into the side streets. This aims to integrate the development back into suburban character.
