How will this relate to the new Town Planning Scheme?

The Stirling Highway Redevelopment guidelines will be included in the City's proposed new Town Planning Scheme No. 3. It is expected that the Stirling Highway Redevelopment process will facilitate the preparation of the guidelines with additional Community consultation being conducted as part of the proposed Town Planning Scheme No. 3 approval process.
