Will this replace the R-Codes?

It is anticipated that when guidelines are prepared for the Stirling Highway Redevelopment, they will sit above the R-Codes and set out parameters which normally would be covered by the R-Codes. Anything which is not mentioned within the guidelines would be referred to the R-Codes and the City of Nedlands proposed Town Planning Scheme No. 3.
