At this point, the City is conducting Community consultation in order to gain an understanding of the current needs and expectations of the residents and landowners within the Stirling Highway Area.

After this information is collected, the City will prepare guidelines which will facilitate development within an area suitable to the Community. These guidelines if approved, will give people an opportunity to redevelop but it will not obligate them to.
