Town Planning Scheme No. 2 (Current)

Town Planning Scheme No. 2 (TPS No.2) has been operational since 1985 with many amendments being made in the time following. The City must continue to use this Town Planning Scheme until the draft Town Planning Scheme No. 3 (TPS No. 3) is gazetted by the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC). This process will involve extensive Community consultation. TPS No. 2 has been amended in previous months to aid in the implementation of it until the new TPS No. 3 is gazetted.
